Edison, NJ, August 11, 2009 –The non-profit Edison Memorial Tower Corporation (EMTC) has chosen NationalCard Processing Systems as its credit card and debit card transaction processing partner for membership, donations and gift shop purchases at The Thomas Edison Center at Menlo Park.
The EMTC's mission is to preserve, promote, and manage the Thomas Edison Center at Menlo Park in Edison Township, NJ. The Center is jointly administered by the NJ Department of Environmental Protection's Division of Parks and Forestry, the Township of Edison and the non-profit Edison Memorial Tower Corporation. Together, they strive to honor the memory of Thomas A. Edison and educate the public about Edison, his significant accomplishments at this site, and his impact on modern research and development.
After a thorough review process, it was determined that NationalCard Processing Systems would bring meaningful cost savings and substantial value to The Thomas Edison Center at Menlo Park in large part due to its national reputation, state-of-the-art technology and strong NJ presence.
