- Educational Assistance Program
Global Payments recognizes the value of continuing education throughout your career. To support that effort, we will pay up to $5,250 per year in eligible tuition expenses after completing six months of continuous service.
- Personal Computer Purchase Plan
To support you in this age of technology, we offer employees with at least one year of continuous service the opportunity to secure an interest-free loan for up to 50% of the purchase price on any PC system including related accessories and software.

- Vacation
Global Payments recognizes that employees sometimes need to recharge their batteries by taking time off from work. We provide a competitive number of vacation days to help employees revitalize themselves.
- Holidays
Global Payments observes seven holidays each year: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Sick Days
Global Payments provides a level of income protection to employees who are absent from work for brief periods of time (five days or less) due to personal illness, injury, doctor's appointments, or to care for an immediate family member.
- Leaves of Absence
Global Payments realizes that employees may need to be absent from work for longer periods of time. The time available and pay for a leave of absence varies depending upon type of leave and the employee's length of service, as well as the circumstances of the event. Examples of types of leave of absences include: Family Medical Leave, Jury Duty, Personal Leave, and Bereavement Leave.
