The agreement calls for NationalCard to provide direct sales and marketing support for Central Jersey Bank, N.A.'s ongoing effort to introduce credit card processing to all existing and prospective DDA (Demand Deposit Accounts) of the bank, as well as, provide cash advance capabilities to all branches.

The agreement calls for NationalCard to convert all existing bank merchants and bank branches statewide to NationalCard's processing platform. Additionally, NationalCard will provide direct sales and marketing support in an ongoing effort to introduce Columbia's new credit card merchant service provider to their existing DDA (Demand Deposit Accounts) throughout the state.
