• Client handles formalities required for the acceptance of banking payment cards with the bank and specifies the required functions of POS terminal.
• POS software is developed and updated in compliance with the card associations with the maximum regard for the needs and requirements of end-user.
• Bank or a client orders POS field support services at Global Payments Europe. POS terminal is installed and activated at end-user. Merchant staff is trained on site using the DEMO training scheme to use the payment terminal.
• Authorization center and back-office databases are updated so that it starts to process transactions made on the POS.
• During the POS terminal operations the following services are available: hotline, voice authorization, the opportunity of monitoring network or POS data outputs to compare cash and bank transactions.
