How it works?
- At service implementation, the customer specifies the functionality required. Global Payments Europe may assist in type and model selection as well as hardware procurement.
- ATM software is updated or developed to comply with Global Payments Europe authorization and maintenance standards. If needed, software is customized to provide the functionality required by the customer.
- At operations, the customer orders ATM installation to a required site. The site is constructed to fit the device, electrical and data cabling is installed, checked, and certified. Authorization center and back-office data bases are updated to be able to process transactions at the ATM. Bank staff is trained on site.
- During the ATM operations, a hot-line is available for bank staff assistance. 24/7 remote monitoring identifies possible and actual ATM functionality problems. The bank is informed about ATM malfunction alerts.
- At the end of ATM life cycle Global Payments Europe takes care of ATM de-installation and disposal.
