Prague, Czech Republic, 23 March, 2011 - Global Payments Europe s.r.o. announced today that it has provided betting company Tipsport with online Point of Sale (POS) mobile phone top-up service. The service is active today at more than 700 Tipsport outlets and will be implemented in the entire network of 980 Tipsport outlets located throughout the Czech Republic.
Global Payments’ POS mobile phone top-up service enables mobile phone users to easily top-up their prepaid mobile phone accounts online directly through POS terminals located at cash desks in a number of retail outlets throughout the Czech Republic. Providing top-up services for a variety of telecommunication providers, customers can refill their prepaid mobile phone accounts in just three simple steps – verbal specification of their phone number and the amount they want to credit, confirmation of the transaction, and payment using cash or payment cards. Retailers using Global Payments’ top-up solution can broaden their product offer, generate new revenue and increase customer traffic.
