ATLANTA and SARAJEVO, August 14, 2007 - Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN), a world leader in electronic transaction processing services, announced today that its Sarajevo-based, wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Payments Europe d.o.o. Sarajevo, has entered into a five-year agreement to provide comprehensive payment card processing services to Postbank BH, Sarajevo. Global Payments Europe d.o.o. Sarajevo will provide the bank with a full range of card processing services including card personalization and authorization, PIN management, fraud monitoring and prevention, SMS alerts, ATM and POS networks, as well as call center services.  

 “After successful re-capitalization and change in ownership, Postbank BH has very ambitious business plans to make the card business a vital part of our retail banking. We are determined to create high quality, valuable card products, which we will market independently through the network of our strategic partner, Post Offices BH,” said Dzenamir Abaza, CEO of Postbank BH.  “We recognize Global Payments Europe d.o.o. Mustafa Bektic, CEO of Global Payments Europe d.o.o. According to Postbank BH CEO Abaza, Postbank BH has recently been privatized with Poteza Adriatic Fund (based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands) as major shareholder with 48 percent ownership and is a strategic partner of Bosnian Post Office, one of the largest networks in Bosnia and Herzegovina with 249 branches.

ATLANTA, PRAGUE, July 20, 2007 - Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN), a world leader in electronic transaction processing services, announced today that its Prague-based, wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Payments Europe, s.r.o., has entered into an agreement to provide payment card processing services to another member of  Home Credit Group – Home Credit Kazakhstan. Global is currently providing payment processing services to Home Credit and its members in the Czech Republic and Russia.

Global Payments Europe will provide authorization and card management system services to seamlessly address Home Credit Group’s desire to expand to emerging markets.  Additionally, Global Payments Europe will provide Home Credit Kazakhstan with a solution for PIN generation and PIN printing. The agreement extends and enhances the long-term relationship between Global Payments Europe and the companies of Home Credit Group.

ATLANTA, MOSCOW – June 13, 2007 - Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN), a world leader in electronic transaction processing services, announced today that its Prague, Czech Republic-based wholly - owned subsidiary, Global Payments Europe, s.r.o. has reached a multi-year agreement to provide a complete outsourcing solution for payment card processing services to STARBANK (formerly Noyabrski Gorodskoi Bank (NGB)). The scope of the agreement encompasses authorization services, card management services, bank card personalization data preparation, fraud monitoring, ATM and POS management, e-Commerce, as well as (SMS) account alerting services. 

Global Payments Europe will also provide technological oversight, which will enable STARBANK to more easily expand its services throughout the Russian Federation in the near future. STARBANK plans to begin issuing credit cards in the summer of 2007.

Sarajevo will provide the bank with a complete array of card processing services including authorization, card management, fraud monitoring and prevention, card personalization and Point of Sale (POS) terminal network management.

VABA Bank dd, Sarajevo is a newly established bank in Bosnia Herzegovina, after its parent bank, VABA Banka, Varazdin, Croatia, acquired the assets of Ljubljanska banka, Sarajevo.

Prague, April 26, 2007 – Billa becomes the fourth retail chain in the Czech Republic, where the customers can top-up credit of mobile phones at payment terminals by using GP mobile service.

The GP mobile was introduced in Billa supermarkets during the month of April, beginning with the Billa store in Cestlice on March 30, 2007. Billa currently operates 83 supermarkets in the Czech Republic. The customers can top-up credit of mobile phones from all three GSM operators (Telefónica O2, T-Mobile, and Vodafone).

GP mobile can also be found at Globus hypermarkets, Rossmann drugstores and Electro World, electrical appliances stores. Owners of prepaid phone cards can use GP mobile to recharge their credit at payment terminals as of November 23, 2006. By the end of March 2007 over 100 000 transactions were completed.

Prague, February 19, 2007 - Since February 19, GP mobile has been available at all 11 shops of Electro World, an electrical appliances retailer. Gradual service launch at individual sales places happened in the week of February 12 – 19. After Globus and ROSSMANN, Electro World has become the third retail chain in the Czech Republic where the GP mobile is available. The mobile telephone owners of all three operators can now recharge their credit at payment terminals via GP mobile at almost 130 point of sales.

Prague, February 9, 2007 - Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN), a world leader in electronic transaction processing services, today announced that its Prague-based wholly- owned subsidiary, Global Payments Europe, s.r.o. has  extended its agreement to provide Raiffeisenbank and eBanka with payment card processing services.  This extension continues the long-term relationship between Global Payments Europe and the two financial institutions.

In October 2006, Raiffeisen International finalized the acquisition of eBanka, originally part of the PPF financial group. Global Payments Europe’s experience and knowledge will enhance the optimization of payment card processing, as well as broaden the portfolio of services for the two financial institutions.

“Raiffeisenbank and eBanka are long-term partners,” said Petr Sedlacek, CEO of Global Payments Europe.  ”We have provided services to Raiffeisenbank since 1995 and to eBanka, and its predecessor Expandia banka, since 1998. Prague, Januray 18, 2007 - Global Payments Europe, s.r.o. (formerly MUZO), today announced that it has extended an agreement to provide CSOB group with processing services in card acquiring.  The agreement further allows GPE to broaden cooperation with CSOB group in the payment cards value added services. This step confirms GPE's leading position in processing services in the Central European markets.
